Other bird spotted by ElsjeOs: “Sitting above my head in Chinese elm at lane side of the property. The magpie was mimicking the calls of other birds which attracted my attention. As soon as I spotted it, it started warbling. In its beak was what looked like nesting material, which it took to the nest in a tall tree on the other side of the house on the property. Subsequently I have not observed nest activity, as the tree is difficult to watch.” in the Big City Birds App on 24.07.2023
