Sulphur-crested Cockatoo spotted by Amba Gamne: “A cockatoo marked with a single grey marking was foraging on the ground with other cockatoos. There were approximately 5 small groups of birds (10 birds per group) foraging near to one another on the grass verge beside a road. I was driving past at the time so was only able to spot the 1 marked bird, there may have been others in the neighbouring groups, but not within the immediate group of the marked bird.” in the Big City Birds App on 05.08.2023

Little Corella spotted by madcatjo: “MASSIVE, EXTREMELY LOUD flock of Corellas flew through the valley. There was easily 300+ individuals. They came from the east (above Wolli Creek), following Wolli and Bardwell Creeks, above Bardwell Valley Golf Course, until I lost sight of them over the Bardwell Valley parklands at Bexley. LOUD LOUD LOUD. This route is followed daily by flocks of Sulphur Crested Cockatoos and Corellas.” in the Big City Birds App on 27.08.2023
