Agriculture spotted by Danny VG: “Vineyards on steep slopes, the Mosel region is the largest steep wine-growing area in the world. The Calmont vineyard between Bremm and Ediger-Eller, with a slope of up to 68 degrees, is often called the steepest vineyard in the world. However, Engelsfelden in the Bühler valley in Baden is really the steepest with 75 degrees. On such steep and terraced locations, the care of the vines is only possible by hand and very time-consuming.
