Sulphur-crested Cockatoo spotted by Anna: “Large flock of SCCs spread out in little groups foraging & occasionally bickering. Lots of digging going on as rain all week has softened up the ground. 4 or 5 individuals seemed to be digging around the bases of trees and stripping bark from them without eating anything - they seem to do this a long & I'm not sure if it's 'play' or something more purposeful. Have video - will message via Twitter.” in the Big City Birds App on 16.12.2020

White Ibis spotted by Anna: “2 ibises forwarding/scavenging - they were definitely digging in the grass but they also might have been eating out of the discarded food containers that were lying around” in the Big City Birds App on 16.12.2020

Brush-turkey spotted by Laurel Lacroix: “Guarding his territory from other males. Did a great job raking fallen leaves/ sticks to create a very large mound that seems to impress the ladies (witness mating with one). When I rake leaves from the beds into the clearing, he races over and moves them onto his mound. Seems to think we're partners, though he gets the fringe benefits.” in the Big City Birds App on 16.12.2020
