Other insect spotted by Karen Guy: “The plum trees began to bush out even though it had c been an almost drought winter for this region. With again, another winter of very unusual very low humidity. Three days after a few showers & wow, talk about timing.... I went out to the backyard at about 1pm, & saw streams of fine web lines & hundreds of carpet bag-moth babies! Light breeze. A couple of minutes later, with my phone camera, there were only a few dozen visible. I was so happy I got to see "Twiggy" had babies after near 2 years of her being around. Sadly the very next day a very heavy prolonged downpour happened, so I imagine that on top of ants etc, that would have killed most.” in the ClimateWatch App on 21.11.2021
