Schloss spotted by Martin Hahn: “1591 erhielt der badische Amtmann Johann Wolff das Grundstück vom Markgrafen von Baden. Der 1586-92 erbaute Hof trug den Namen „Freihof", da er von allen Steuern befreit war. Er umfasste das später„Schlössle"genannte Wohnhaus sowie das heutige Gasthaus Krone und das „Nebenschlössle", in dem Stallungen und die Meierei untergebracht waren. Im 19. Jahrhundert produzierte hier die „Schlossbrauerei Mundelsheim", damals eine der größten privaten Brauereien in Württemberg.” in the Landauf, LandApp BW App on 12.08.2024
